Wrong size, slow customer service
I needed a smaller size. Response to my message to customer service message was a form letter that didn’t address my question. Finally managed to get a return label. But, since it’s Fed-Ex I couldn’t use it until I’d gone to a printer in town to get it printed. The whole process took much longer than it should have. Customer service is, at best, liesurly. I ended up buying a Stetson Airway hat through Amazon. Much better response.
Delivered to wrong address and no help from customer support
Shipment shows a photo of the back of a delivery truck and a damaged box, not any indication of the actual delivery address of the shipment. No door address, nothing. Customer support told me I need to follow up with FedEx to figure out what went wrong and refused to ship a replacement order. Stuck in a phone tree with FedEx that didn't result in any solution to the problem. Now what?!
Fit fix on Panama Hat
Odered the largest size available. Almost fit but was a little tight. Log on to your site and your explanation of how an adjustment could be accomplished. I decided to try to stretch the hat a bit. Purchased a HatJack from Amazon. Followed your suggestions and have decided to keep the hat. It now fits, just right.
